How to get a fast, accurate quote for single-sided PCBs

A clear enquiry gets a clear price. Most delays in PCB quoting come from missing details: no material, a quantity in pieces without a board size, or no outline. This guide lists what to send so our team can quote your single-sided boards in one step.

1. Send the Gerber, or at least the outline.

The Gerber files are the best starting point. They show the copper, solder mask, legend, holes and board outline. Our CAM team checks every file for spacing, creepage and panel layout before we price it.

If the design is not final yet, send the board outline with its size: the diameter for round boards, length × width for others. We check whether one of our 21 ready blanking dies matches it. A match means no tooling charge and no wait for a new tool. Ready dies

If you want an NDA before sharing files, ask for one. Jobs run under client IDs, never your company name.

2. State the material.

Tell us the base material you use today, or what the board goes into, and we will suggest one:

3. Give the build details.

Thickness: 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm
Copper: 35 µm (1 oz) standard, or 70 µm (2 oz) for high current
Solder mask: green, white (standard for LED) or black
Finish: HASL or OSP
Cutting: punched on a blanking die for volume, CNC routed, or V-cut into strips Punching vs routing

4. Give the quantity per design.

Our minimum order is 40 m² of board per design (part number), not 40 pieces. That is about 430 sq ft, or about 16,000 pcs of a 50 × 50 mm board. Below 40 m², we run designs only for regular customers, with a ₹2,500 development charge.

A quantity in pieces is only useful with the board size, so send both. For a repeat part, add your expected monthly quantity so we can plan it against our 10,000 m² monthly capacity.

5. What happens after you send it.

CAM check and price. Our CAM team reviews the file and we send a price.
PDF approval. You approve a PDF of the final panel before any material is cut.
Production. Runs start from 40 m² per design, on ready dies where the size matches.
Test and dispatch. Every lot is bare board tested, checked by an independent QC team and dispatched with its job number.

Can I get a quote without a Gerber?

Yes, for a first check. Send the outline, size, material and quantity. We confirm the price once the Gerber is reviewed.

Do you quote small quantities?

We are a B2B production supplier. New buyers start at 40 m² per design. Designs below 40 m² are run only for regular customers, with a ₹2,500 development charge.

Will I pay for a new tool?

Not if your outline matches one of our 21 ready dies. A new outline needs a new blanking tool, which we quote separately. Ready dies

Do you make double-sided boards?

No. We make single-sided boards only: FR1, CEM1, CEM3, FR4 and aluminium MCPCB.
