What we make
Round MCPCBs for bulbs from everyday sizes up, punched on tools already in our library.
Driver and LEDs on one board. Ready dies for 82, 112 and 132 mm and many more.
Rechargeable and inverter bulb boards in 40/46, 60/66 and 62 mm, with tools on the shelf.
Round and square boards for slim panels and downlights, white mask for better light output.
Long, narrow boards V-cut into strips so your line can snap them apart after assembly.
Larger aluminium boards where heat management decides the life of the fitting.
On an aluminium MCPCB, heat travels through a thin dielectric into the metal base. Keep LED thermal pads large and copper continuous to spread the heat.
White solder mask reflects light back out of the fitting. Green and black are available when the design calls for them.
If your board size matches one of our blanking tools, you skip tooling cost and wait. Check the die library
Battens and tube boards are V-scored so they stay together on the assembly line and snap apart cleanly after.
Use the LED maker's recommended footprint. Undersized pads cause tilted LEDs and dark spots after reflow.
DOBs carry mains voltage next to the LEDs. Keep creepage to your product standard and add slots where space is tight.
Very likely. We hold 21 ready dies for round bulb, emergency bulb and DOB boards. Search them by size on the Ready Dies page, or send your outline and we'll check.
White for most LED boards, because it reflects light. Green and black are available.
MCPCB for anything with high-power LEDs or a closed housing. CEM3 can work for low-power battens and decorative lights. We'll confirm once we see the design.
Yes. DOB boards carry both the driver components and the LEDs on one single-sided aluminium board.
Tell us the size and quantity. If a ready die fits, there's no tooling cost.
