Two materials, one product
MCPCB pulls heat from the LEDs. The charging board usually runs on CEM1 to keep cost down.

Make battery and spring contact pads generous so they survive soldering and rework.

Which emergency bulb sizes do you have dies for?
40/46 mm, 60/66 mm and 62 mm are ready and in regular production. Send your outline for other sizes.
Can you make both the LED board and the charging board?
Yes. LED boards on aluminium MCPCB and charging boards on CEM1 or CEM3, both single-sided.
What is the minimum order?
40 m² of board per design (part number), not 40 pieces. That is about 430 sq ft, or about 16,000 pcs of a 50 × 50 mm board. We supply production volumes to manufacturers. For regular customers only, designs below 40 m² can be run with a ₹2,500 development charge.
