What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, company, phone number, email address, board details, quantities and design files such as Gerber files. The quote form is delivered to our email through the FormSubmit service. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send there.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and fault-finding.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, manufacture and deliver your order, issue invoices and keep business records required by law. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your design files for any purpose other than your order.

Design files and confidentiality

Design files are handled only by our CAM and production team. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share files.

Social media

We publish our own posts to the Sara Circuits pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Google Business Profile, including through those platforms' official APIs. These tools act only on our own accounts. We do not collect personal data of other users through them. When you interact with our pages on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to do business with you: with courier and logistics companies to deliver orders, with banks and payment services to receive payment, with our accountants and tax authorities as required by law, and with the email, hosting and form services that carry our communication.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as useful for follow-up. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required under Indian law.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@saracircuits.com. We will reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept until that period ends.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
