What a good appliance board needs.

Mains spacing around relays and triacs

Keep switched mains tracks away from low-voltage logic, and use slots under relay contacts when space is tight.

The cheapest laminate that will last

FR1 for boards away from heat, CEM1 where there is a relay, triac or heater nearby. We suggest the lowest-cost option that is safe for your product.

Large pads for hand and wave soldering

Appliance boards are often hand-soldered. Generous pads and teardrops stop copper lifting on paper laminates.

Holes away from the edge

On punched boards, keep holes at least one board thickness from the outline so edges don't crack.

Panels sized for your line

We panelise small boards so your assembly line handles fewer, larger panels, then snaps them apart along V-cuts.

Legend that helps assembly

Clear component outlines and polarity marks on the legend reduce assembly mistakes on the line.

Questions about appliance boards.

What is the lowest-cost material you offer?

FR1 paper phenolic. It suits remotes, toys and simple controls away from heat. For anything with a relay, triac or heater nearby, we recommend CEM1.

Can you make very small boards?

Yes. Small boards are panelised and V-cut or punched so they are easy to assemble and separate.

Do you supply boards with components?

No. We make bare single-sided boards, tested and ready for your assembly line.

How do samples work?

We charge ₹2,500 for a sample run, adjusted in full against your first production order.
