PCB design tools.

Quick calculators for single-sided layouts. Use them while you design, then send us the file and our CAM team checks the rest.

Trace width calculator

How wide should a track be for the current it carries? Based on the IPC-2221 formula for outer-layer copper.

–

Estimate for straight tracks in still air. Add margin for hot housings and long tracks.

Conductor spacing guide

Minimum gap between two tracks for a given voltage, from the IPC-2221 table for outer layers.

–

230 V AC mains peaks at about 325 V. Safety standards for mains products (for example IEC 62368-1) usually need much larger primary-to-secondary creepage than this table, often several millimetres plus a slot. Always design to your product's standard.

Boards per panel

Estimate how many of your boards fit on a working panel. Fewer wasted millimetres, lower price per board.

–

Panel size here is only an example; change it freely. Our CAM team plans the final panel for your board, material and process.
