Driver on board PCBs for LED bulb and downlight makers. Ready blanking dies for the DOB sizes the market uses most mean most orders start without a new tool.
Minimum order 40 m² per design (≈ 16,000 pcs of 50 × 50 mm). Below 40 m², regular customers only, with a ₹2,500 development charge.
Tools for these sizes are made, tested and running. Send artwork and quantity, and production starts without a new tool cycle.

The mid-size DOB most brands sell in volume.
Large DOB and panel designs, with the same ready tooling from the first lot to the hundredth.
Send your board outline. We check it against all 21 ready dies before quoting. Browse ready dies
A DOB carries mains voltage beside the LED string. Keep creepage to your product standard and add slots where space is tight. Spacing guide
On MCPCB, keep LED thermal pads large and copper continuous. Give the driver IC its own copper area.
Aluminium MCPCB for most DOBs. CEM1 suits some low-wattage designs. We confirm after reviewing your files. Material guide
Use the LED and driver makers' recommended footprints. Undersized pads cause tilted LEDs and dark spots after reflow.
Designing to 82, 112 or 132 mm lets you use a die that already exists: no tooling cost, no tool lead time.
You approve a PDF of the final panel before any material is cut.
Ready dies include 82, 112 and 132 mm DOB, plus other round sizes. We hold 21 ready dies in total for bulb, emergency bulb and DOB boards.
Yes. That is what a DOB is: driver components and LEDs on one single-sided board.
Not if your outline matches a ready die. New outlines need a new blanking tool, which we quote separately.
40 m² of board per design (part number), not 40 pieces. That is about 430 sq ft, or about 16,000 pcs of a 50 × 50 mm board. We supply production volumes to manufacturers. For regular customers only, designs below 40 m² can be run with a ₹2,500 development charge.
Tell us the diameter and quantity. If a ready die fits, there is no tooling cost.
