Chargers, adapters and SMPS. Built for volume.

Single-sided boards for mobile chargers, battery chargers, adapters, SMPS and LED drivers, made with the isolation, copper and pricing that power products need.

What we make

Every board between the socket and the device.

Alongside lighting, our floor runs power boards every day for brands that sell chargers, adapters and power supplies across India.

CEM1 · FR1

Mobile chargers and USB adapters

Compact flyback boards with a punched isolation slot, made in the volumes and at the price points the charger market runs on.

FR4 · CEM1 · 70 µm

Battery chargers

For inverter, two-wheeler and e-rickshaw batteries. Heavier copper and wider tracks carry the charging current without heating up.

CEM1 · CEM3 · FR4

SMPS and open-frame supplies

Power supplies for set-top boxes, routers, CCTV, displays and LED signage, laid out with proper creepage and slots.

CEM1 · CEM3

LED drivers

Isolated and non-isolated drivers for bulbs, battens, panels and downlights, including driver boards that pair with our DOBs.

FR4 · CEM1

Inverter and UPS boards

Control, charging and display boards for home inverters and UPS units.

CEM1

Emergency light drivers

Charging and changeover circuits for rechargeable bulbs and emergency lights.

What a good power board needs.

Our CAM team checks these points on every charger and SMPS file before a panel is printed.

Isolation slot where it matters

A slot under the opto-coupler and between transformer pins stretches the creepage path. We punch it with the outline or route it on CNC, exactly as drawn on your mechanical layer.

Creepage to your standard

Tell us the primary-to-secondary spacing your product standard needs. We check every gap against it and flag anything short before production. Spacing guide

Copper for the current

35 µm suits most chargers and drivers. Battery chargers and high-current outputs usually need 70 µm or wider tracks. Trace width calculator

Pads that survive soldering

Paper-based laminates hold copper less firmly than FR4. Larger annular rings and teardrops on transformer, bridge and connector pads keep them in place through wave soldering and rework.

Heat around the hot parts

Keep copper area around the bridge, switching device and output diode. If the board runs hot in a sealed housing, move up from CEM1 to CEM3 or FR4.

Fewer hole sizes

Transformer, capacitor and connector pins often need only three or four sizes. Fewer sizes mean simpler punch tools, faster tooling and a lower price.

Choosing a material for power.

A starting point. We confirm the choice after looking at your design and operating temperature.

MaterialUse it forWhy
FR1Low-power adapters and simple chargers away from heatLowest cost and easy to punch. Keep it away from hot components.
CEM1Most mobile chargers, adapters, LED drivers and SMPSThe standard for punched power boards. Stronger than FR1, still cost-effective at volume.
CEM3Hotter SMPS and drivers in closed housingsGlass core handles heat and tracking better than CEM1, at a lower cost than FR4.
FR4Battery chargers, industrial and higher-power suppliesBest strength, heat and moisture resistance. Pair with 70 µm copper for high current.

Questions about power boards.

Do you make charger PCBs in high volume?

Yes. Our plant turns out 10,000 m² of single-sided board a month, and charger and adapter boards are a large part of that mix. Panels are planned to get the most boards out of every sheet.

Can you punch the isolation slot?

Yes. Slots and cut-outs are punched in the same stroke as the outline on a blanking tool, or routed on CNC for smaller quantities. Draw them on the mechanical or outline layer of your Gerber.

Which copper weight should I choose?

35 µm (1 oz) is standard for chargers, adapters and LED drivers. Choose 70 µm (2 oz) for battery chargers and outputs above a few amps, or use our trace width calculator to check.

Do you assemble the components?

No. We supply bare boards, tested and ready for your SMT or through-hole assembly line.

Can you match the boards I buy today?

Send your Gerber files or a sample board with the material, thickness and finish you use now. We quote like for like and point out anything that could lower the cost.

Will my charger design stay private?

Yes. We sign an NDA before files are shared if you need one, and every job runs under a job number and client ID, never your company name.

Send us your charger or SMPS design.

Attach the Gerber, tell us the material and quantity, and we'll come back with a price.
