Battery chargers

Isolation slot
A slot under the opto-coupler and between transformer pins stretches the creepage path. Draw it on your mechanical layer.

Tell us the primary-to-secondary spacing you need. Our CAM team checks every gap and flags anything short. Spacing guide
Pads that survive soldering
Paper-based laminates hold copper less firmly than FR4. Larger annular rings and teardrops keep transformer and connector pads in place.
Fewer hole sizes
Three or four hole sizes mean simpler punch tools and a lower price.

Can you punch the isolation slot?
Yes. Slots are punched in the same stroke as the outline on a blanking tool, or routed on CNC.
Can you match the boards I buy today?
Yes. Send your Gerber or a sample board with the material, thickness and finish you use now. We quote like for like.
Will my design stay private?
Yes. We sign an NDA before files are shared if you need one, and every job runs under a job number and client ID.
What is the minimum order?
40 m² of board per design (part number), not 40 pieces. That is about 430 sq ft, or about 16,000 pcs of a 50 × 50 mm board. We supply production volumes to manufacturers. For regular customers only, designs below 40 m² can be run with a ₹2,500 development charge.
