Unprotected copper is etched away, leaving clean, precise tracks.

Masking
Solder mask is printed and cured to protect the copper and define pads.
Legend
Component markings and your part number are printed on the board.
CNC or die punch
Boards are profiled by CNC routing or punched on our blanking tools.
V-cut
V-grooves are scored so boards snap apart cleanly after assembly.
BBT
Bare board testing checks every circuit for opens and shorts.
Final finish
The surface finish is applied to protect the pads and keep them solderable.
Final inspection
Our independent QC team inspects each lot. Only approved boards move on.

Holes away from the edge
On punched boards, keep holes at least one board thickness from the outline so edges don't crack.
Copper back from the outline
Copper at the edge can lift or burr during blanking or V-cut. Leave clearance.
Teardrops on paper laminates
FR1 and CEM1 hold copper less firmly than glass epoxy. Teardrops and larger pads prevent lifting.

Respect mains spacing
On chargers and drivers, keep high-to-low voltage creepage to your product's standard. Slots help.

What is your minimum order?
40 m² of board per design (part number), not 40 pieces. That is about 430 sq ft, or about 16,000 pcs of a 50 × 50 mm board, or 4,000 pcs of 100 × 100 mm. We are a B2B production supplier to manufacturers and do not take prototype or small-quantity orders from new buyers. For our regular customers only, designs below 40 m² can be run with a ₹2,500 development charge.
Do you make double-sided or multilayer boards?
No. We make single-sided boards only. That focus is why our tooling, costing and turnaround are built around this one product.
What do you need to quote?
Gerber files with the drill file, base material, thickness, copper weight, surface finish and quantity. If you're unsure about any of these, send what you have and we'll suggest the rest.
How do samples work?
We charge ₹2,500 for a sample run. The full amount is adjusted against your first production order.
Can you handle many different designs?
Yes. We run a large and varied mix of designs across lighting, DOB, charger, SMPS and automotive boards.
Do you have ready tools for my board size?
Very likely. We hold a large library of blanking tools for round bulb, emergency bulb and DOB boards, including 40/46, 60/66, 62, 82, 112 and 132 mm. Send your outline and we will check for a match before quoting. How punching works.

Yes, before any files are shared if you prefer. Every job runs under a job number and client ID rather than your company name.
