Bulk single-sided PCB orders for Mumbai lighting makers: planning monthly quantities
Lighting manufacturers in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi and Vasai buy PCBs by the lakh, month after month. This guide explains how to plan those quantities with us: how to turn a monthly bulb plan into square metres per design, why ready dies matter at volume, and how the same approved panel keeps every lot consistent.

Start from your monthly production plan.
Bulk ordering is easiest when the quote is built on your monthly plan rather than a single order. For each product, tell us:
- the fittings you plan to make each month (bulbs, DOB lights, emergency bulbs, battens, panels)
- the boards inside each fitting: usually an aluminium MCPCB LED board and a separate driver board, or one DOB board
- the board size and material of each board
- the dispatch address in Maharashtra
Each board is a separate design (part number), and each design is planned on its own. Our minimum is 40 m² per design; see what that means in pieces.
Turn pieces into square metres.
We plan production in square metres of board. To convert, multiply the pieces by the board area (length × width in mm, or diameter × diameter for a round board) and divide by 1,000,000.

These are worked examples for planning, based on board size alone; your quote is built on your own Gerber and panel. Our capacity is 10,000 m² of single-sided board a month.
Ready dies: why they matter at volume.
At bulk volume, boards are punched on blanking dies: the outline, holes and slots are cut in one stroke, panel after panel. We hold 21 ready dies for common sizes, including LED bulb boards (Ø 38 to 66 mm), emergency bulb boards (40/46, 60/66 and 62 mm), DOB boards (82, 112 and 132 mm), driver strips (17 × 34 and 17 × 40 mm) and a charger board.
- A matching size needs no tooling charge and no wait for a new tool.
- A new outline needs a new blanking tool, quoted separately.

The same board, every lot.
For repeat orders, consistency matters as much as price. Every design goes through the same steps each time:
- CAM check of your Gerber for spacing, creepage and panel layout.
- PDF approval: you approve the final panel once, before any material is cut, and repeat lots run on the approved panel.
- Bare board testing of every lot and an independent QC check.
- Job number on every lot, traceable to its process records.
Jobs run under client IDs, never your company name, and we sign an NDA before files are shared if you need one.
LED board and driver from one plant.
Most bulb makers buy two boards per bulb: the aluminium LED board and the CEM1 driver strip. We make both, plus DOB boards, under one roof at Barwala, Haryana, so both boards can be planned on one monthly schedule with one supplier. Two boards in an LED bulb
Billing and dispatch to Maharashtra.
All boards are made at our only plant, in Barwala (District Panchkula, Haryana), and dispatched to your factory in the Mumbai region. We bill from our Haryana GSTIN, 06ADWFS7015E1ZT, so buyers in Maharashtra are billed IGST under HSN 8534 00 00 (printed circuits). PCB HSN code and GST
What to send for a bulk quote.
- Gerber files for each board, or the outline and size if the design is not final
- Material, thickness, copper (35 or 70 µm), mask colour and finish for each board
- The quantity for the first order and the expected monthly quantity per design
- Your dispatch city: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi or Vasai

Per design. Each part number starts at 40 m² of board. For regular customers only, designs below 40 m² can be run with a ₹2,500 development charge.
Will repeat lots match the first lot?
Repeat lots run on the panel you approved as a PDF. Every lot is bare board tested, checked by an independent QC team and carries a job number.
What GST applies for a Mumbai buyer?
We bill from Haryana, so Maharashtra buyers are billed IGST. Bare PCBs fall under HSN 8534 00 00.
