Sourcing single-sided PCBs for Bangalore manufacturers from North India
Many lighting, power-supply and appliance makers in Bangalore and Hosur buy their bare boards from outside Karnataka. Buying from a plant two thousand kilometres away works well when you check the right things before the first order and plan by the month. This checklist explains how to do that with us, from our single-sided plant in Barwala, Haryana.

Why look north for single-sided boards.
A Bangalore production line usually needs three things from a bare-board supplier: enough capacity for monthly volumes, the same board every lot, and a clear price from the Gerber. Our plant is built around single-sided boards only, so tooling, panel planning and costing are set up for exactly that work.
- Single-sided only: FR1, CEM1, CEM3, FR4 and aluminium MCPCB, 0.8 to 1.6 mm, 35 or 70 µm copper.
- Capacity: 10,000 m² of single-sided board a month.
- Tooling ready: 21 blanking dies for common bulb, emergency bulb, DOB, driver strip and charger sizes. Ready dies

Check the supplier before the first order.
Distance makes a casual factory visit harder, so ask for the facts in writing. These are the points we suggest every Bangalore buyer checks, with our answers.

Compare boards without travelling.
You can evaluate us from Bangalore before any money changes hands:
- Match what you buy today. Send your Gerber, or a sample board with the material, thickness and finish you use now, and we quote like for like.
- CAM check before the price. Our CAM team checks the file for spacing, creepage and panel layout before we quote, so the price is based on a board we can build.
- PDF approval before cutting. You approve a PDF of the final panel before any material is cut. Repeat lots run on that approved panel.
- Visit if you want to. If your quality team prefers to see the plant, visits and audits are possible by appointment.
Plan around distance: order by the month.
With a supplier in another state, a monthly plan works better than urgent one-off orders. Tell us the monthly quantity for each design and we plan it against our capacity.
- Each board (part number) is planned on its own, from 40 m² per design. See what 40 m² means in pieces.
- Designs below 40 m² are run only for regular customers, with a ₹2,500 development charge.
- If you make bulbs, plan the LED board and the driver strip together, so both arrive on one schedule from one supplier.
- Design new round boards to a ready die size where you can: no tooling charge and no wait for a new tool.
Billing and dispatch to Karnataka and Hosur.
All boards are made at our only plant in Barwala and dispatched to your factory in Bangalore, Hosur or elsewhere in Karnataka. We bill from our Haryana GSTIN, 06ADWFS7015E1ZT, so buyers in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu are billed IGST under HSN 8534 00 00. Confirm the current rate with your tax advisor. PCB HSN code and GST
What to send for a first quote.
- Gerber files for each board, or a sample board you want matched
- Material, thickness, copper (35 or 70 µm), mask colour and finish (HASL or OSP)
- Quantity for the first order and the expected monthly quantity per design
- Your factory location: Peenya, Bommasandra, Electronic City, Jigani, Whitefield, Hoskote or Hosur

Can a Bangalore factory buy PCBs from a plant in Haryana?
Yes. We supply single-sided PCBs in production volumes to manufacturers in Bangalore, Hosur and across Karnataka from our plant in Barwala, Haryana, billed with IGST. Bangalore
How can we check quality before the first order?
Send a Gerber or a sample board and we quote like for like after a CAM check. You approve a PDF of the final panel before any material is cut, and every lot is bare board tested, checked by an independent QC team and carries a job number.
Do you supply Hosur?
Yes. We dispatch to Hosur and bill IGST from our Haryana GSTIN under HSN 8534 00 00.
What is the minimum order?
40 m² of board per design (part number), about 16,000 pcs of a 50 × 50 mm board. For regular customers only, designs below 40 m² can be run with a ₹2,500 development charge.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before files are shared if you need one, and jobs run under client IDs, never your company name.
