Visiting a PCB plant before your first order: what to check

If your factory is in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Derabassi, Zirakpur, Baddi or elsewhere in Punjab and Haryana, you can see our plant before you place an order. Our plant is at Barwala, District Panchkula, in the Chandigarh region, and visits are by appointment. This checklist explains how to make one visit answer the questions your purchase and quality teams will ask.

Why visit before the first order.

A bare board looks simple, but the price, the yield on your SMT line and the consistency from lot to lot all depend on how the plant works. A visit lets you check that in an hour instead of over several trial orders.

  • See who makes the boards. Every stage, from artwork to final inspection, happens at our plant in Barwala. There are no outsourced stages.
  • Meet the people who check your file. The CAM team who review your Gerber and the QC team who approve every lot.
  • Check the process against your product. Single-sided boards only: FR1, CEM1, CEM3, FR4 and aluminium MCPCB, 0.8 to 1.6 mm, 35 or 70 µm copper.

Before you go.

  1. Book a time. Call or WhatsApp +91 92549 72870 to fix an appointment.
  2. Check the address. Plot 233, HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Barwala, District Panchkula, Haryana 134118. This is the Barwala near Panchkula and the Chandigarh tricity, not the Barwala in Hisar district.
  3. Bring your boards. A sample of the board you buy today, or the Gerber files, so we can discuss your exact design on the floor.
  4. Bring your numbers. The boards (part numbers) you want to move, and the monthly quantity of each.
  5. Ask for an NDA first if you need one. We sign an NDA before files are shared, and jobs run under client IDs, never your company name.

What to look at, stage by stage.

Our process has fourteen controlled steps from CAM check to dispatch. These are the points worth seeing on a visit.

Questions to ask on the visit.

  • Which of my boards suit which material? (We confirm the material after reviewing your design. Material guide)
  • Does my outline match a ready die, or does it need a new blanking tool?
  • How will my panel be laid out, and how does that affect material use?
  • What is the monthly capacity? (10,000 m² of single-sided board a month.)
  • What is the minimum order? (40 m² per design. Below 40 m², regular customers only, with a ₹2,500 development charge. 40 m² in pieces)
  • How is GST billed to my state? (See below.)

GST for tricity, Punjab and Haryana buyers.

We invoice from our Haryana GSTIN, 06ADWFS7015E1ZT, with HSN 8534 00 00 on each line for bare boards.
